A. Policy for a medical or vocational documentation TCA

When the review component makes a probability of reversal (POR) determination that obtaining missing medical or vocational documentation is unlikely to reverse the disability determination or to change the length of the period of disability, the review component does not return the case for the missing documentation unless returning the case to the adjudicating component for another deficiency.

B. Procedure for a medical or vocational documentation TCA

Only return the case to the adjudicating component for documentation if there is another returnable deficiency in file.
