VB 01503: SVB - Suspensions, Stop Payments, and Benefit Reductions

BASIC (01-02)

SVB will be suspended when one of the disqualifying events defined in VB 00102.005 occurs after the individual has been sent an SVB notice of qualification. In situations when a disqualifying event exists (or is determined to exist) at the time the determination of qualification is made, SVB is denied (see VB 00901.011). The following sections address SVB disqualification events and the effects on SVB entitlement and/or payments.
