A. When to use notice

Use this notice to inform the person that there will be a delay in check replacement awaiting a decision regarding forgery or fraud determinations from Treasury or the Office of the Inspector General, respectively.

B. Limited Payability Notice for Replacement Check Delayed Pending Forgery or Fraud Determination
