NL 00804: Manual Paragraphs for Use in SSI Initial Claims, Posteligibility and Overpayment Notices

  1. Situation Where Used:

IC and PE: Recipient attains eligibility on other than the first day of month.

 

   (1)    first met all requirements for eligibility    (2)    . The law prohibits payment of benefits for any days in a month before    (3)    all eligibility requirements.
