A. INTRODUCTION

A computer match interface run may result in no change in the amount due to a recipient in current pay status or no change in the status of a 1619(b) participant. These events are most likely to occur when:

• The recipient has deemed income but no money amount is deemed for the computation month;

• The amounts of computer match income do not exceed the disregarded amount of unearned income; or

• The amount of computer match income does not make a 1619(b) participant ineligible due to excess income other than earned income.

B. WHEN TO USE

Issue an SSA-L8166-U2 when a case is in force pay or some other systems limitation exists.
