A. PREVIEW

This chapter provides a complete listing of paragraphs, captions, samples and general information on notices produced by the Modernized Claims System (MCS). Only use the paragraphs and captions for information or to reconstruct an MCS notice sent to a claimant.

B. BACKGROUND

MCS creates notices for the following transactions:

  • awards

  • disallowances

  • withdrawals

  • abatements
