RS 00615: Computation of Monthly Benefits Amounts

A. Policy

DRC provisions do not apply to a RIB based on the special minimum PIA.

B. Procedure

DRCs can increase the RIB based on the regular AMW/AIME support PIA to an amount larger than the special minimum PIA RIB.

NOTE: Family maximum and auxiliary benefits are still based on special minimum.
