A. Information a representative may furnish
A representative may furnish and be furnished information to the same extent as the claimant.
Always contact the representative, rather than the claimant, unless we have the representative's permission to contact the claimant directly.
Mail the notice of award or disallowance directly to the claimant with a copy to the representative.
