A. Process for mass loss non-receipts

When mass loss non-receipts are input, the system reads the inputs as non-receipt type “A.” The system then:

• Sends a B-stop to Treasury, so that Treasury can issue a courtesy disbursement check; and

• Posts an “A-stop” on PHUS for title II or the Treasury Status Query for title XVI.
