A. Introduction to CP&R case action codes
The new codes provide status on appeals of handwriting analysis, decisions, denials, and claims packages, etc., found on the Case History File and Case Action Screen in CP&R. The codes in the chart relate to claims disposition notices (CDN), codes, and language found in GN 02406.425. In addition to, the existing case information available on the CP&R system, the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) added the codes and information in the chart below because of the Robinson/Reyf case. For more information about the Robinson/Reyf case, refer to GN 02406.002.
