GN 02210: Methods of Recovery for Title II, Title VIII, Title XVI, and Title XVIII Overpayments - Part I

The webpage can be used by the DCRs in the PSCs if a debtor calls and is requesting a one-time payment using their credit card. For more information about handling credit card payments over the phone and entering them into the webpage, see GN 02210.205B.

NOTE: MATPSC will input all requests for one-time payments and recurring monthly credit card payments when they receive signed SSA-4588 forms from the debtor.
