A. Process
If the birth was not recorded, the local authority may issue one of the following in lieu of a regular birth certificate:
Extrait du Registre d'Inscription des Omis a l'Etat-Civil;
Extrait du Registre-Matrice (Valant Acte de Naissance);
Fiche Individuelle de Naissance; or
Acte de Notoriete
