Policy related to translating other types of records

1. Previously issued documents

Translate these documents completely, showing the individual who issued the copy and the issuing agent. Include information to identify who issued the original document and the date of issuance.

2. Romanian and Bulgarian Notaries

It is common for State notaries and other State agencies in Romania and Bulgaria to prepare legalized copies of certificates issued by civil registrars. Translations of these records must clearly show this to be the case.
