GN 00301: General Evidentiary Standards

A. Electronic Disability (eDIB) claims

All artifacts relating to an eDIB claim will be faxed or updated into the eDIB claim folder using either eView or EDCS. This includes those artifacts (documents) for eDIB auxiliary claims and SSI disability claims.

B. RSHI and SSI claims (electronic)

All artifacts relating to electronic RSHI and SSI aged claims will be faxed into the Non-Disability Repository (NDR) using the Non-Disability Repository for Evidentiary Documents (NDRed) web-based application.

C. RSDHI and SSI claims (paper)

All artifacts relating to a paper RSDHI and SSI claim will be faxed into the Non-Disability Repository (NDR) using the Non-Disability Repository for Evidentiary Documents (NDRed) web-based application.
