SI 01210: Special Blind Income Provision

Effective Dates: 01/29/2018 - Present

Computations of BCI retroactive to January 1974 required by the Livermore decision were only available to those recipients who responded to the “clean-up” project in 1985. Any further computations using these provisions are subject to the rules of administrative finality (SI 04070.001ff).
