  • DRC provisions do not apply to a RIB based on the special minimum PIA.

  • DRCs can increase the RIB based on the regular AMW/AIME support PIA to an amount larger than the special minimum PIA RIB.
  • NOTE: Family maximum and auxiliary benefits are still based on special minimum.
