IC: Award—contingent upon agreement to dispose of excess resources.

PE: Payments are being continued based on agreement to dispose of excess resources.

  • The value of cash, including savings, and other things    (6)    that can easily be changed into cash is less than    (7)    .

  •    (8)    other things that cannot easily be changed into cash and these things make    (9)    resources too high. Examples of such things are a building or land on which    (10)    not live.

Situation Where Used

IC and PE: When a title II and/or title XVI retroactive payment is made. Used for retroactive title II/title XVI payments made after September 30, 1984, when anyone on the record receives an underpayment check. However, this paragraph will not be used when the title XVI payment is sent to a State or local government agency due to an IAR agreement (see paragraph 1065, NL 00804.125).
