We have received (your letter and) additional evidence concerning your disability application and are going to review your case thoroughly to see whether the decision was correct or should be changed.

It may be necessary to refer your case to a State agency which works with us in preparing determinations under the disability program. If this should be done and a representative of the State agency gets in touch with you, your cooperation will help to speed the review of your case. After the review has been completed, we will write you again and inform you of the result.
