PROCEDURE
This table describes the action necessary for FO development of beneficiary inquiries concerning the nonreceipt, replacement, or correction of cards issued by RRB.

1 | Telephone the local RRB office so that an RRB card can be issued. |

Provide RRB with all pertinent data as follows:
