GN 00905: Techniques Concerning SSA Foreign Operations

Procedure

Do not send correspondence directly to persons in Hong Kong or Macao.

Attach the original and one copy of the letter to an Optional Form 41 (Routing and Transmittal Slip) or other transmittal form and send them to the U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong.

Annotate the transmittal slip “For transmission to the addressee shown.”
