POLICY

The definitions of and development requirements for “living with” and “contributions to support” in RS 01301.001 - RS 01301.005 also apply where the child's status is based on the “other satisfactory evidence” test in GN 00306.100B.2.

CAUTION: See GN 00306.280 - GN 00306.285 for applicability of acquiescence rulings concerning “contributions” requirement for a surviving section 216(h)(3) child.
