A. Procedure - General

Follow these instructions for conducting and processing CDRs for Medicare only cases, including title II EPE, MQGE, Medicare only DWB, and extended Medicare.

B. Procedure

1. SSA-833-U3

In item 24 remarks, add an appropriate remark such as “MQGE Case” or “Medicare Only Case”.

2. Notices

Modify forms and letters used in conducting CDRs and in notifying of the decision so that no reference is made to cash benefit payments.
