  • Authority to approve waiver requests is delegated by the Commissioner to the following or the equivalent:

  • * Associate Commissioner, OPSOS
  • * Each Regional Commissioner
  • * Each ARC, PCO
  • * Each ARC, MOS
  • * Director, ODIO
  • * Each FO
  • * ALJ's and AC, ODAR
  • * ALJ's and AC, OHO
  • 2. Who Can Deny Waiver
  • Authority to deny waiver requests is delegated to:
